- Update from Superintendent Dr. C. Todd Cummings (Spanish)
Highlights
- The last day of eLearning for students and teachers will be Wednesday, May 20. Information about summer school is forthcoming.
- Superintendent Dr. C. Todd Cummings is working closely with the Governor’s Office and the Department of Health to determine our best options for graduation. More information coming soon.
- Our schedule for the fall, summer programs, and athletic events are dependent on when the Governor lifts the shelter in place and social distancing orders. More information coming soon.
- Enrollment is open for all programs K-12 including magnet schools.
- Talks with Todd, School Board Meetings, and other public meetings will be conducted at either Facebook Live or YouTube. We will share a schedule early next week.
- Bulk meal distribution continues Monday through Thursday with extra meals for weekends.

To reach more students and for better visibility, there will be four South Bend Community School Corporation Wi-Fi bus changes beginning Tuesday, May 5, 2020. Two of those Wi-Fi bus locations are also meal distribution sites.
If you were going to one of these current locations, starting Tuesday, May 5, you will need to either go to the new location or one of our other many locations throughout the South Bend area.

- K-2 students can pick up a Chromebook today and Thursday, April 14 and 16, at Edison Technology Services, Edison Middle School, 2701 Eisenhower Dr., South Bend at door 5 under the awning. Students in grades 3-8 who do not have a computer at home can pick up a Chromebook tomorrow, April 15. Remain in your vehicle and a staff member will assist you.
