Vaccination clinics

In an effort to increase the number of students, staff, and family members who are vaccinated against COVID-19, the South Bend Community School Corporation has partnered with HealthLinc to offer free vaccination clinics at each of the five South Bend public high schools during the month of October, where free Pfizer vaccines will be available.

In order to accommodate as many students’ and families’ schedules as possible, all clinics will be held at each school from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. on the dates below. The clinic at Rise Up will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon since that school follows a different class schedule.

Students under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form in order to receive a vaccination. Consent forms are available at each school. Family members of students also are welcome. Second doses of the vaccine will be available at each school site on the dates indicated.

Dates and locations are:

  • Tuesday, October 5 at Adams High School, 808 Twyckenham Drive. (The second dose will be administered on Tuesday, October 26)
