South Bend Schools Welcome Students with New School Resource Officers

As the new academic year begins in the South Bend Community School Corporation, we are excited to introduce our team of School Resource Officers (SROs), who are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for all students and staff. This year, we welcome new officers while also retaining our experienced team members.

Meet Our School Resource Officers:
- Officer Madeline Durbin will serve at LaSalle Academy and Navarre Middle School.
- Officer Mary Jane Bueno will be stationed at Adams High School.
- Officer Keitha-Maria Santana will be available at Washington High School.
- Officer Zachary Mullins will cover Jefferson Intermediate School and Edison Middle School.
- Officer Katrina Dawson will be at Jackson Middle School.
- Officer Austin Price will support students at Riley High School.

As our school community welcomes a new year, we remind all drivers to be careful in school zones and near bus stops to ensure the safety of all students.
